Our approach
Learning built around meaningful questions
Inquiry-based, multi-disciplinary lab-day units connect science, mathematics, literacy, history, the arts, and technology — building critical thinking, communication, cultural understanding, and adaptability.

Take a coastal inquiry: it might combine water science, data analysis, persuasive writing, and a conservation proposal — one question, many disciplines, and a real-world answer students can stand behind.

A predictable rhythm for lab days and workshops — with room for family conferences, field learning, and time at home.
Monday & Tuesday
Lab days
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Inquiry-based, multi-disciplinary units, hands-on projects, life skills, and reflection.
Wednesday
Optional workshops
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Rotating small-group support. Five teachers share delivery; the reading specialist leads reading intervention.
Thursday
Optional field learning
Times vary by activity
Trips, hands-on activities, community connections, and career exploration during instructional weeks.
Friday
By appointment
No standing lab day
Administrative work, family conferences, planning, and tutoring by appointment. No drop-off day.
Optional Bible study runs 8:15 – 8:45 a.m. Monday–Wednesday and is included at all service levels at no additional cost.

The full weekly rhythm

- Monday & Tuesday inquiry lab days, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- One hour per week of reading-specialist intervention, as needed
- Three rotating Wednesday small-group support sessions of your choice per month
- Annual curriculum consultation and three progress conferences
- Dual-enrollment advisory and check-ins, as appropriate
- Portfolio templates with quarterly guide review
- Annual homeschool evaluation for district-registered home education students
Concierge
Fully guided, family by family

- Individualized pathway planning and monthly check-ins

- Individualized career planning and internship-placement coordination, where appropriate
Thursday field learning is an additional optional lab day; for Core and Concierge, separate fees may apply for some field experiences. Individual tutoring is by appointment outside regular Monday–Thursday hours or on Fridays, and workshops remain optional with scheduling.

Signature trips
One domestic and one international group-trip opportunity offered annually beginning in Year 2, separately priced.
Dual enrollment support
Eligible Florida homeschool students may access dual enrollment without tuition, registration, or laboratory fees; admission requirements apply.
Optional Bible study
8:15 – 8:45 a.m. Monday–Wednesday, included at all service levels at no additional cost.
Parents direct the overall program
District home education evaluation and PEP requirements differ. Private-school SUFS funding does not automatically transfer to homeschooling — families should confirm eligibility, transfer rules, and the next PEP application window with Step Up For Students.
